Pricing
Unlike a traditional franchise system, licensee's may be both existing businesses and new businesses. While we will track sales data, we do not require you to report sales that were not acquired through the Elite Moving LaborTM system to us. Because of this we do not charge a monthly percent of revenue, instead we charge a flat monthly fee and an initial setup fee. The initial setup fee covers the branding material listed in the licensing program section.
- Initial License Fee: $700 (Includes the start-up materials)
- Monthly Fee: $280* , Includes access to internal dispatch system as well as a local number for marketing purposes
- Additional territories can be purchased for an initial fee of $600 and $225/mo
- If additional services are needed they will be invoiced monthly
*The $280 monthly fee will not be charged in its entirety if we fail to provide you with a minimum of five moves during a calendar month. A discount of $100 will be deducted from the monthly fee should this occur.
Requirements
- One year minimum contract commitment
- Complete background check and interview
- General liability policy with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage
- Completion of IRS W-9 and Licensing Agreement
- Copy of the company state entity (DBA, LLC, Inc, etc). Entity must be active with the state.
- Completion of "Brand Use" Agreement
- Commitment to quality and verifiable experience in moving and operating a moving company
- New companies must meet certain criteria regarding the experience and quality of the movers
