Ready to begin the process of licensing the Elite Moving LaborTM brand? Review and complete the steps below to get the ball rolling on your territory.

  1. Before moving any further, you will want to determine if we already have a brand licensee in your area. Use our brand license contact form to inquire about your desired territory.
  2. If your area is available you will need to create a custom territory. Once completed, email us a copy of the territory documents for approval.
  3. After approval of your territory, we will require a copy of your W9, insurance certificate and state entity document. If you are an existing business we will also review existing references, consumer reviews and local reputation to determine if you fit our requirements.   4. Upon verification and approval, you will need to complete and sign our Brand Use contract.
  5. Finally, pay the initial licensing fee so we can order your start up marketing materials.

Q: Can I receive orders outside of my territory as well?

A: Yes, it is possible to receive orders placed outside your territory as well. If there are no other brand license locations in your area the company will receive preference on all orders in the surrounding area, including those outside of your specified territory.

Q: Can I rely on Elite Moving Labor to provide me with all of my work?

A: Probably not. The benefit of licensing our brand is that you will create more exposure and awareness, it does not necessarily mean that you will receive work everyday from us. Licensee's must be proactive and use the marketing materials we provide you with as a tool to garner local business and build your reputation and brand.

Q: Can I work with other moving brokers?

A: Absolutely. Our goal is to help your company grow and succeed in your local market. Some moving labor brokers have contracts with companies that we do not, having access to work we cannot provide will be important to your growth.

Q: How many orders per month are received in my area?

A: We do not disclose specific data for each region, even to our potential licensee's. This is primarily because most markets see high's and low's and we cannot predict how many monthly orders will be received. Our nationwide average is 15,000 orders annually.
